Vivace ( /vΔ-ΛvΓ€'-ΛchΔ/) is a musical term meaning "lively, brisk, quick and bright". Vivace Gourmet Pizza & Pasta is a unique one of a kind concept. We are a trendy, full service Pizzaria and Italian Restaurant featuring wines from around the globe, craft beers, and local produce, matched with the lost art and technique of "from scratch cooking", hand tossed pizzas, and true hospitable service. We are casual, yet sophisticated! We offer dine in as well as take out, delivery, catering, and private event services. We hope to see you soon!

Amazing set up, have never seen such truck. Its a restaurant style oven set up on wheels. Most importantly delicious pizza. I picked mine up late and they were kind enough to warm it up. You have to check them out!

The pizza was really great and the truck was awesome! The dude making the pizza's was really nice too :)
