The Peruvian Brothers, Giuseppe & Mario Lanzone, serve Baltimore authentic “Comida Criolla”, the tastiest part of their Peruvian heritage rooted in Spanish, African and Asian influences. The flavors on board our fleet of food trucks are the same ones that dominated our childhood: One example is Pan con Chicharrón, an addictive sandwich made with salted Pork Loin and Sweet Potato. Fresh sides and salads are crafted from Peruvian recipes, which gives the menu an authentic, unique, and healthy twist. We Cater too!
