Ms. Fu's Yummy Food Truck opened in October, 2014 founded by Fumiji Aoki. The owner/operator Fumiji (Ms. Fu) has been serving both classic and daring new creations of mixed culture dishes such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese and American Food for her friends and family. She can now share her joy and love of food with everyone at many events; fairs, farmer's markets, horse shows, private parties in New Jersey and Pennsylvania .

Ms. Fu's love for food comes through with each dish. She only uses quality ingredients and pays special attention to all the details. Every one of her items are made from scratch and these flavorful dishes bring the Asian family dinner to you.
